Cancellation Policy
Since I am a small business, I do have to enforce a cancellation policy. 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. If that card is no longer valid, Venmo or Zelle is also perfectly fine! I do understand that things come up, but Moon Glow is how I put food on the table for my family. If I do not get a response by the end of the business day, the appointment will be considered a no call no show. No call no shows will be subject to being temporarily blocked from online booking until cancellation fees are paid. Thank you for choosing me! 🩷🌙✨
